Refund policy

TAMAGNA PERSONALCARE PRIVATE LIMITED believes in servicingitscustomers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before shippingthe order and before fulfiliment email has been sent to the customer.

However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders havebeen communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiatedtheprocess of shipping them.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the sametoour Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertainedoncethe company has checked and determined the same at its own end.

This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or asperyour expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer servicewithin the same day days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriatedecision.

TAMAGNA PERSONALCARE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right tocancel an order if the address is outside the service area of the courier company/ postal authorities, Any amount received by the company will be refundedwithin a period of 7 working days.

In case of any Refunds approved by the TAMAGNA PERSONALCAREPRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 7 working Days for the refund to be processedtothe end customer.

Working Days: Monday to Friday excluding any national holidays andregional holidays of Bangalore, Karnataka.
